The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the customer and ourselves, or either the customer or ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

By using the site, even if you are browsing and have not registered, you acknowledge that you consent and agree to and will abide by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them very carefully.

We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product details. Where the product is available in various colors or patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color will be delivered unless the product color is stated in the product title. We are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of our product descriptions or the photographs of products and/or our featured product reviews. If you realize that the product does not match the stated description, photograph or reviews once receiving it, your sole remedy is to return it within 48 hours of receiving it, in an unused condition.


1. Orders

By placing an order on Little Dino’s website you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions:


1.1 Stock Availability 

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

1.2 Ordering

After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the order details in full. It is important that you check that these details are correct, as amendments may not be accepted after this time. We advise that you check your junk box for emails in case our mail appears there. If you do not receive this email you should contact customer services.


1.3 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled Free of Charge prior to receiving the shipment/delivery notification email by emailing us on, stating your order number and reason for cancellation. If you opt to cancel your order after your order is dispatched/shipped but not delivered, then you will be charged the delivery/shipping fees. Once we have received and processed your cancellation request we will confirm this cancellation via email.

1.4 Orders Modifications

We can make a change to an order with reasonable notice and before dispatch; once an order has been dispatched we cannot amend the order unless the customer accept paying double delivery charges. For all changes please contact our customer service through Whatsapp on 00973-38390393 or email your request on stating your order number clearly. 

1.5 Order Fulfillment failure 

If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the full amount to you if the payment is made.


2. Delivery & Shipping

We cannot guarantee a delivery time as  our delivery is executed via a third party, however, we process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (except on Friday). 

2.1 Bahrain Orders Delivery

Orders can only be delivered to physical locations, therefore, please provide a detailed delivery address (Flats, House/Building, Road and Block) and a valid contact number so that the courier company can contact you prior to delivery.


Our standard delivery in Bahrain via UBEX Express Domestic Delivery Services, with a standard charge of BD 1.5 for all areas in Bahrain except Durrat AlBahrain, where UBEX charge BD 4. Delivery Charges options are available upon check out. Please ensure to select the correct delivery option based on your area to avoid delays in processing your order.  Once your order is processed, you will receive your shipments tracking number which allows you to track your shipment on UBEX Tracking Portal.  

​2.2 GCC Order Shipping

For GCC shipping, the Shipping rates are calculated based your location, the weight and volume of your order, we have defaulted the 2KG rate which’s calculated automatically once you place your order, however, once your order processed and the final weight is confirmed, if exceeding 2KG, our team members will contact you for the extra charges. We ship GCC Orders via DHL, Bahrain Post depending on the destination.

2.2.1 Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated to the courier.

2.2.2 Process for parcel damaged/lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

2.2.3 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


2.3 Incomplete/Incorrect Delivery Information

We are not liable for delivery failure where incomplete or incorrect shipping has been provided. The onus is on the customer to check that the information is correct.

3. Orders /Delivery Issues

We must be notified within 24 hours of any issue with your order. Complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Our office hours are Sun-Sat 8am to 8pm. Correspondence will be handled within this time frame.

5. Return/Exchange and Refunds


6.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 48 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be made. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

 6.2 Non-returnable Products.

1. You will not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

2. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.

3. Any consumable product, which has been used or installed.

4. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or

5. Products that fall under specific categories, including food, beverages, household goods, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, health,

6. hygiene related and personal care products and certain baby products (e.g. tethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding related products).

7. Personalized items, which you requested to be designed especially for you.

8. Items on sale.

9. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

10. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.

11. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.

12. Item that was sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.


6. Fraud


If we believe any order to be fraudulent we reserve the right to cancel and refund that order.
