Delivery & Shipping

We cannot guarantee a delivery time as our delivery is executed via a third party, however, we process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (except on weekends – Friday, Saturday).

Bahrain Orders Delivery

Orders can only be delivered to physical locations, therefore, please provide a detailed delivery address (Flats, House/Building, Road and Block) and a valid contact number so that the courier company can contact you prior to delivery.

Our delivery service in Bahrain is outsourced to Third Parties. Delivery Charges and Options are available upon check out. Please ensure to select the correct delivery option to avoid delays in processing your order.  Once your order is processed, you will receive your shipments referrence number. 

 GCC Order Shipping

For GCC shipping, the Shipping rates are calculated based your location and the weight and volume of your order, we have defaulted the 2KG rate which’s calculated automatically once you place your order, however, once your order processed and final weight is confirmed, if exceeding 2KG, our team members will contact you for the extra charges. We ship GCC Orders via DHL, Bahrain Post depending on the destination.

  • Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

  • Process for parcel damaged/lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

  • Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Incomplete/Incorrect Delivery Information

We are not liable for delivery failure where incomplete or incorrect shipping has been provided. The onus is on the customer to check that the information is correct.

Orders /Delivery Issues:

We must be notified within 24 hours of any issue with your order. Complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. This does not affect your statutory rights. Free items are a guarantee – you must notify us within 24 hours if your item is absent and we will send the free item out at the earliest available time. Our office hours are Sun-Sat 8am to 8pm. Correspondence will be handled within this time frame.

Order Pick Up

If you would like to opt for Order Pickup, Please select Pick Up Option upon check-out and our customer service team will contact you to share the pickup date and time.
